What is your return policy for personalized and non-personalized items?

PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

Unfortunately, items that have been permanently personalized with initials or other engravings cannot be returned or exchanged. Once an item has been embossed, the customization is permanent, and we cannot remove or alter it.

RETURNS FOR PLAIN / NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Non-personalized leather crafts can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Log in using the email address you used to place your order.
  3. Click the “Request Return” button to start the process.
  4. We will review and either approve or decline your request (based on the reason) within 24 hours.

We strive to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible, but please note that we are a small team operating Mon-Fri during regular business hours. Returns and exchanges are processed as soon as we receive them in our workshop. Please keep your tracking number or receipt, as we can only process a refund once the item arrives at our workshop.

Additionally, returns are typically processed every Friday, or as soon as they arrive, depending on our order volume. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
