My package says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If you didn’t find it in your mailbox, it’s possible it was misdelivered or marked as delivered by mistake.
We recommend contacting USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking number. They may ask for details about your address (such as access issues like locked gates or large animals), so be ready to provide those.
If USPS doesn’t deliver the package within three business days, please reach out to us again, and we’ll start the process of filing a claim with USPS. Here's how the process works:
- Help Request: Filed 2-3 days after the package is reported missing. Most packages are located at this stage, but it might take about a week for an update.
- Missing Mail Request: If the package is still missing 7-14 days later, we’ll escalate it to the next step.
- Claim: Filed 15-60 days after the package is reported missing, if necessary. This step is rare, as most packages are found earlier.
If USPS doesn't locate the package within two weeks, a claim will be filed, and we’ll explore next steps depending on the outcome. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and appreciate your patience during this time.
