Why can't I see my recent order in my account, and why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

It is possible that when you placed your order, your email address wasn’t provided, which can sometimes happen when ordering on a mobile device without logging into your account. No worries though—just let us know by emailing us at help@pegai.com if you didn't receive an order confirmation or if you don't see your order in your account.
